	Since MiKyle Crockett, Miss Jax Teen USA, went on to win the title of Miss Florida Teen USA, that promoted Ciara from Jacksonville USA Little Sister to "Miss Florida Teen USA Little Sister"!   A reception was held at Elizabeth's Tea Room on 1-8-11 to formally have Ciara crowned by MiKyle!   Everyone had a great time, especially the young ones who got to play dress up!
